About the Role
Support our expanding corporate services division by providing comprehensive company secretarial and corporate governance services to DIFC-registered entities. You’ll ensure our clients maintain compliance with DIFC Company Law while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate secretarial services for multiple DIFC entities
- Prepare and file annual returns, resolutions, and regulatory submissions
- Coordinate board meetings, AGMs, and corporate governance procedures
- Maintain corporate registers and statutory records
- Manage DIFC Registrar of Companies (ROC) filings and communications
- Assist with new company incorporations and corporate restructuring
- Support clients with DIFC Portal management and compliance deadlines
- Provide corporate governance guidance to client management teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- 3-5 years of corporate secretarial or corporate services experience
- DIFC company law knowledge essential
- Experience with DIFC Portal and ROC filings
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- UAE residency preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Company Secretarial qualification (ICSA or equivalent)
- Previous experience with professional services firm
- Knowledge of multiple UAE jurisdictions (mainland, free zones)
- Client relationship management experience
