About the Role
Join our growing team as a Senior Compliance Officer specializing in DIFC regulations. You’ll work directly with insurance and financial services clients, providing expert compliance guidance and serving as an outsourced Compliance Officer for multiple DFSA-regulated entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as designated Compliance Officer for DFSA-regulated insurance companies
- Conduct compliance assessments and gap analyses for new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures aligned with DFSA requirements
- Manage regulatory relationships and communicate with DFSA on behalf of clients
- Provide compliance training and guidance to client teams
- Oversee regulatory reporting and ensure timely submission of required filings
- Support business development activities with technical expertise
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of compliance experience in financial services
- DFSA/DIFC compliance experience essential
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CAMS, or equivalent) preferred
- UAE residency required
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and DFSA rulebooks
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills advantageous
